개인정보처리방침

PIA Robotics(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 웹사이트(piarobotics.ai 및 그 하위 도메인)에 적용됩니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적 및 수집 항목
회사는 웹사이트의 "문의" 양식을 통해 아래 항목을 수집하며, 수집한 개인정보는 다음 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
회사는 문의 처리가 완료된 날부터 1년간 개인정보를 보유한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관하며, 문의가 계약·거래로 이어진 경우에는 별도 계약에서 정한 바에 따릅니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의 또는 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 수탁자의 서버가 국외에 위치하여 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 감독합니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 제9조의 연락처로 서면, 이메일 등을 통해 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치합니다. 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 권리를 행사할 수도 있습니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기
회사는 보유 기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

8. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부
웹사이트는 광고나 방문자 분석 목적의 쿠키 또는 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 언어(한국어/영어) 및 화면 테마 설정을 기억하기 위해 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에 해당 설정값만 저장하며, 이 값에는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 삭제하면 초기화됩니다.

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 정보주체의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

PIA Robotics ("we", "the Company") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our websites (piarobotics.ai and its subdomains), why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

We collect personal data only through the "Contact" form on this website.

5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 9. We will respond without undue delay. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
6. Deletion
When data is no longer needed, we delete it promptly. Electronic records are erased using methods that prevent recovery; paper records are shredded or incinerated.

- Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it

8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. We store only your language (Korean/English) and theme preference in your browser's local storage. These values contain no personally identifiable information and are cleared when you clear site data in your browser.
